Topmo is an AI Gmail assistant. It signs into your Gmail, reads new emails, classifies what matters, and writes reply drafts in your voice and rules. It files newsletters and receipts, schedules follow-up nudges, and never sends anything without your approval.

Never. Topmo only creates drafts in your Gmail drafts folder. Every send requires your explicit approval from the inbox page.

During onboarding Topmo scans your sent emails to infer tone, length, sign-offs, and recurring phrases. Edits you make to drafts further refine the profile via voice deltas.

Yes. Refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your secret key and stored in your database. We cannot read them in plaintext.

Yes. The settings page has a delete-everything action that revokes your Google token and removes your user row plus all related emails, drafts, and actions.

Topmo only drafts replies for emails it classifies as REPLY_NEEDED — messages where a real person is asking a question or expecting a response. Newsletters, receipts, notifications, and other automated email are filed instead. You can force drafts for any sender or subject by creating a rule and checking "Force a draft reply".
